Lost Frame

Straight answers, no fine print buried in fine print.

What are Lost Frame prints made of?

Every print is produced on 100% cotton Hahnemühle archival paper with fade-resistant pigment inks. Frames are solid wood, handcrafted, and finished with UV-filter glazing. Museum standard, made to last.

What sizes and frame options do you offer?

Every print comes in four sizes — Small (30 × 21 cm), Medium (45 × 30 cm), Large (60 × 40 cm) and Statement (100 × 70 cm). The frame adds 3.2 cm in each direction, so a framed Small measures 32.9 × 24.2 cm and a framed Statement 103.2 × 73.2 cm. Frames come in Black, White or Oak, with a print-only option available on most prints.

What's the difference between Mounted and Full Bleed?

Mounted prints sit within a clean white border inside the frame, giving the image breathing room. Full Bleed prints run edge to edge, so the photograph fills the entire frame.

Where are prints made, and do you ship internationally?

Every print is made by The Print Space at the studio closest to you — London for the UK, Düsseldorf for Europe and New York for the US — so it travels less to reach your wall. Shipping is free and tracked to the UK, Europe, the US and Canada, and a flat £39 everywhere else. Each piece is made to order, then framed and shipped ready to hang.

Can I return or exchange a print?

Every print is made to order specifically for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email hello@lostframegallery.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, the product, and the packaging. Confirmed transit damage is eligible for a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Do you offer gift cards?

Do you work with interior designers and trade clients?
