These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lost Frame website, apps, APIs, widgets, and any other digital platforms (collectively, the “Site”) owned or operated by Lost Frame Gallery ("Lost Frame", “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms also apply to any services or products offered through the Site, including framed photography prints, fine art prints, and other made-to-order wall art products (the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting revised Terms on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

1. USE OF SERVICES

You may use the Site only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

You may browse the Site without creating an account. Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

You may not create multiple fraudulent accounts or impersonate another person.

3. ORDERS

Any order placed through the Site is an offer to purchase products or Services.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations, or shipping restrictions.

An order is accepted only when it has been processed and dispatched.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Shipping estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

4. RETURNS, DAMAGE & CANCELLATIONS

All Lost Frame products are made to order. Because items are custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase where production has not begun.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact lostframegallery@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

• the product damage

• packaging

• shipping label (if visible)

After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion where legally required.

5. PAYMENT, PRICING & PRODUCTS

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the selected payment method for your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability mistakes at any time, including after an order is placed.

Product colors may vary depending on monitor or device display settings.

Taxes, duties, or import fees may apply depending on destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including images, photographs, text, branding, graphics, logos, design, and software, is owned by Lost Frame or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

7. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you send reviews, feedback, comments, or other materials to us, you grant Lost Frame a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and publish that content for business and promotional purposes.

You confirm that any materials you submit do not infringe the rights of others.

We may remove submissions at our discretion.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• violate any law or regulation

• interfere with Site security or functionality

• scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site

• upload malicious code

• impersonate another person

• misuse the Site for spam or fraud

• infringe intellectual property rights

We may restrict access for violations.

9. SITE CHANGES OR DISCONTINUATION

We are not responsible for interruptions, downtime, or discontinued products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or use of the Site will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lost Frame from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

13. DISPUTES
